By accessing or using the website at forteralabs.com (the “Site”) operated by Fortera Labs LLC (“Fortera Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

Fortera Labs provides technology consulting services, including GenAI governance and adoption, modern delivery system design, and secure delivery and automation. Our Site provides information about our services, thought leadership content, and mechanisms to contact us. Specific consulting engagements are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) executed between Fortera Labs and the client.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site
• Use any automated means, including robots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks connected to the Site

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—is the property of Fortera Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Fortera Labs name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Fortera Labs. 5. Client Portal

Access to certain areas of the Site, including the client portal, may require authentication credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Access to the client portal is governed by the terms of your engagement agreement with Fortera Labs.

6. Content and Insights

The articles, blog posts, case studies, and other content published on the Site (“Insights”) are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals regarding your specific situation. Fortera Labs makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any Insights content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fortera Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site. In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
